How is a Coaching session done?
Each Coaching session is of 1 hour duration. Coach reviews Coachee’s actions from previous sessions, listens to Coachee’s insights, awareness, self-realization and asks questions which provide gradual transitional and transformational change in Coachee’s behavior.

How is coaching engagement is structured ?
Coaching engagement is a 12 session engagement (60 minutes per session) consisting of following strategies which are interdependent and overlap with each other during the course of the engagement. Where and how often does the client-coach meeting happen?
Usually the client and the coach mutually decide on meeting at a location that is both comfortable and conveniently accessible to both of them. Face–to-face meetings typically average twice per month.
